Chloe Bailey’s name became a trending topic Wednesday after she posted a seductive video in celebration of reaching 1 million followers on Instagram, just a week after launching her new account.

In the video, Bailey can be seen dancing in a bedroom with the lights turned down low to Jeremih’s song “All the Time.”

“A special performance for all of you. THANK YOU for all your love and support. let’s celebrate together in reaching 1 Million followers,” she captioned the post.

This isn’t the first time the 22-year-old, who makes up one half of the singing duo Chloe x Halle, has shared a video that has gone viral.

Last week, she posted a video of herself doing the “Buss It” challenge, which also earned her a slew of praise online. However, there is more to Bailey than her stellar dance moves.

Check out these 5 fun facts about the singer below:

She Is Friends With Beyoncé

Bailey and her sister were discovered by Beyoncé in 2013, after they posted a cover of the singer’s song, “Pretty Hurts,” on YouTube. She then signed them to her record label, Parkwood Entertainment.

During an interview with Teen Vogue, the sisters gushed about their mentor. “Beyoncé is an incredible woman. She is an extremely talented artist and businesswoman, with a kind heart. We feel very blessed to call her friend,” they said.

Most Of The First Album Was Created At Home

A majority of the “Grown-ish” stars’ debut album, “The Kids Are Alright,” was recorded in their Los Angeles home, WWD reported. When Chloe and Halle relocated from Atlanta to L.A., the garage of their new home was converted into a studio.

She Is A Self-Taught Musician

Bailey previously told Time her father encouraged the singing duo to perfect their craft. “So from 10 and 8 we just wrote our own songs, and that’s how we learned. And the more we did it, the better we got,” she said.

However, Bailey learned how to play the piano and do productions from YouTube and Google. “If I didn’t know something, I’d just research it, and that’s how I picked it up. I think our production and music style sounds different and out-of-the-box because we’re just such big fans of music, and we never force it, so it just naturally comes out like a big fusion of all these genres,” she explained.

She Has Been Growing Out Her Dreadlocks Since Childhood

Bailey has been growing out her hair since she was a child and has remained adamant about not changing it to please others. During an interview with The Cut, Bailey’s mother, Courtney, revealed her daughters missed out on acting roles because they wouldn’t give up their locs.

“They wanted to change their hair!” Courtney, who’s also has had dreadlocks all of her life.“It’s who they are! They were like, ‘We love our locks, mommy!’”

She Is Vegan And Dedicated To A Healthy Lifestyle

Bailey and her sister told Teen Vogue they enjoy running and maintain a plant-based diet. “Every morning we walk our little brother to school. That helps us start our day off nice and refreshed,” they told the publication.

“And we love to go running, around three times a week. We are also vegan, so making healthy eating choices are always important.”
