A judge granted a restraining order against Diplo Monday after a woman accused him of allegedly “distributing revenge porn.”

The 42-year-old producer was ordered not to harass or reach out to his accuser, a woman named Shelly Auguste. This comes three days after she filed her petition for protection against Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz.

“The Court went even further, banning Diplo from distributing explicit images of our client without 'express written permission' from her or from the court, and that he 'shall identify and remove any such images previously posted or distributed,'" Lisa Bloom, the accuser’s lawyer, said in a statement to E! News.

Diplo previously denied the revenge porn allegations, with his lawyer saying that the woman who came forward has been harassing the singer and his family. However, Bloom claimed that her team has already spoken to other alleged victims and found these women to be “credible.”

“After vetting her claims and speaking to three other women, we find her to be brave and credible. In all cases, witnesses are essential, and we encourage anyone with information regarding this case or this defendant to reach out to us,” Bloom told the outlet.

In October, Auguste took to Twitter to put Diplo on blast, alleging that he “filmed her having sex without her permission,” Us Weekly reported. She also claimed that he allegedly “preys on young women.”

Another Twitter account then shared a text exchange between the woman and Diplo, which included nude photos of her. Bloom and her client think that this fake profile belongs to the singer.

“We believe that act of revenge porn was done to frighten and intimidate our client and other women from coming forward. That photo, she alleges, was only in the possession of two people: herself and Diplo,” Bloom said.

Bloom also pointed out that whatever the means of obtaining explicit material, distributing it without consent from the person is illegal. Her client claimed she didn’t give permission to post the sensitive content.

In her request for a restraining order, the woman claimed that she met Diplo when she was just 17 in 2018. She revealed that she “lost my virginity” to him in April the following year because she felt “pressured” by him.
