With Peter Parker headed to Europe in “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” it begs a simple question: Is there a post-credits scene in the latest entry in the MCU?

It’s a legitimate question to ask in the wake of “Avengers: Endgame,” which had an audio callback in the credits but did not have an actual post-credits scene. This was a break from all previous MCU films, which had featured a mid and/or post-credits scene in some manner to entice fans and build speculation about upcoming films.

Fans will be happy to hear then that “Far From Home” will have a mid and post-credits scene to tease some of what’s to come in Phase 4 of the MCU.

Early reviews have heaped plenty of praise towards these stingers, with some calling them among the best out of all the MCU films. And if they are to be believed, they set up some big things to come when it comes to future Spider-Man and Marvel Studios films.

The most praise has been heaped on the mid-credits scene, which has been teased as big for Spider-Man’s future and longtime fans of the hero’s films. It has even been teased that Raimi-era fans, in particular, will get particular joy out of what is shown.

The post-credits scene has also been praised for the implications and tease of what it means for the entire MCU.

Regardless, fans will want to stay through the end of “Spider-Man: Far From Home” when it releases on July 2.
