'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Esme Tell Ryan She Is The Hook Killer?

Ryan believes Esme's return means he can carry out his mischievous plans for Ava, but on the Thursday, Oct, 6 episode of "General Hospital," Esme may convince Ryan to abandon his plans.

In the ABC promo video, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) asks Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) if she is pitching him a new strategy. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal the hook killer strikes again.

Since Esme has returned to Port Charles, she has been dressed in all-black attire, similar to the hook killer. In a previous episode, Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) was able to confirm that the hook killer was a woman who wore bracelets.

If Esme is the hook killer, she will need a way to throw the police off her trail, which would be easier if Ryan joins her killing spree.

Will Esme tell Ryan that she is the hook killer, or does she have a different plan for revenge?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Trina (Tabyana Ali) insists something is never going to happen. "General Hospital" spoilers tease Portia (Brook Kerr) plays peacemaker between Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Trina.

Trina is still furious that Curtis convinced Ava (Maura West) to shut down the art gallery to keep her safe amid the hook killer attacks.

It appears there will still be some tension between Trina and Curtis that Portia will want to end. Viewers are aware that Portia has been hiding the possibility that Curtis may be Trina's biological father.

Will Portia's lies ruin Curtis and Trina's father-daughter bond before they can form one?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Finn (Michael Easton) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) meet up with Terry (Cassandra James) and Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi), Chase (Josh Swickard) takes the stage at The Savoy, and Cody (Josh Kelly) avoids Maxie (Kirsten Storms).
