Annalise thought Emmett killed Nate Sr., but on “How to Get Away with Murder” Season 5, episode 15, the surveillance footage that revealed Laurel’s brother visited the old man in jail will jeopardize the group’s plan to keep all their dirty secrets hidden from the FBI.

“Annalise (Viola Davis) and her team need to get to the truth before the truth gets them.” the synopsis for “Please Say No One Else Is Dead” teases. In the promo video for the ABC series, Annalise is heard saying she wants her life back and feels like they are all living in hell.

Annalise was convinced Emmett (Timothy Hutton) had Nate Sr. (Glynn Turman) killed to get back at her for quitting Caplan & Gold, but now it appears she may have lashed out at a man who was genuinely interested in pursuing a romance with her.

The “HTGAWM” Season 5 finale teases plenty of omg moments, revelations and possibly another murder. Now that the group knows about the FBI’s “Operation Bonfire,” they are scrambling to stay one step ahead of authorities and avoid prison time.

In the previous episode, Frank (Charlie Weber), Bonnie (Liza Weil) and Nate (Billy Brown) learned Laurel’s (Karla Souza) brother, Xavier (Gerardo Celasco) visited Nate Sr. in prison. If Xavier killed Nate Sr. that would mean Bonnie and Nate may have killed Miller (John Hensley) for no reason.

Elsewhere in the “How to Get Away with Murder” Season 5, episode 15 promo video, Frank is seen strangling a female, who appears to be the officer that was present during the death of Nate Sr.

Will Frank torture the woman into telling him more information about Xavier, or will killing her tie up a loose end?

Toward the end of the “Please Say No One Else Is Dead” preview, Annalise makes a phone call and asks someone if they plan to do what they promised.

Did Annalise have a backup plan that could save everyone all along, or is she reaching out to someone for a favor that will keep her protected while the group faces the consequences?

The “How to Get Away With Murder” Season 5 finale airs Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
