Justin Bieber blames his problems with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez on her friend Taylor Swift, Hollywood Life reported Tuesday. In recent months, Gomez said that her on and off relationship with Bieber was over but reports about their rekindled romance surfaced after she was spotted attending the Canadian singer’s concert in Los Angeles last month.

“Justin knows Taylor doesn’t like him and never will and the feeling is mutual, but he is smart enough to know not to say anything in public or on social media because he knows all the scrutiny he’d endure,” a source told Hollywood Life. “He never expects to be her friend and is not looking to be her friend. He blames Taylor for some of his issues with Selena and that will never go away,” the insider told the entertainment website.

Bieber and Gomez were reportedly spending time together at a hotel in Beverly Hills and the 22-year-old “Sorry” singer has been on his “best behavior” to win Gomez back. However, the former couple also reportedly likes to play mind games with each other, because of which they have not got back together.

“They keep playing mind games with each other because they both want to wear the pants when it comes to a relationship. As much as they want things to happen with each other again, it’s easier to play these games. It seems to be something they enjoy even more than having a normal relationship with each other. This will only continue between the two,” another source told Hollywood Life.

Bieber was reportedly caught kissing Kourtney Kardashian after his Los Angeles concert. He and Kardashian were rumored to have been involved in a brief relationship, which Gomez reportedly did not approve of.
