Meghan Markle's birthday wish has been revealed.

Today is special for the Duchess of Sussex as it's her first birthday as a royal. However, before Markle dated and married Prince Harry, she had been active in writing blogs. In one of her entries, she revealed what she wanted for her natal day.

The former "Suits" star wants "more surprises, more adventure, more opportunities to grow, more days filled with giggles and cheeky jokes, more delicious meals, and more inspiration, always more inspiration" every year she wrote on her blog The Tig (via Hello!).

"My mum has always said that birthdays are your own personal New Year. Your own chance to make resolutions just for yourself and what you prognosticate for your year ahead," the actress explained.

Markle and Prince Harry flew to Africa last year for her 36th birthday. However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are unlikely to make a trip today as they will be attending Charlie van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenk's wedding.

Prince Harry will serve as Straubenzee's best man. Prince William and Kate Middleton who are also close to the groom are expected to attend the event too. Thus, it would be the fab four's reunion.

Prior to joining the royal family, Markle had been active on social media especially on her blog. Earlier this year, Markle decided to delete her Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. According to Kensington Palace, the new royal "is grateful to everyone who has followed her social media accounts over the years." However, Markle "has not used these account for some time," so she decided to delete it.

Since Markle is already part of the Firm and is a working royal, she is not allowed to maintain her personal social media account just like Prince Harry and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The fab four share the same account on Twitter and Instagram which are managed by the palace.

Prior to leaving those social media platform, Markle had already shut down her lifestyle blog, The Tig. However, she left her followers with an inspiring message on the website.

"Keep finding those Tig moments of discovery, keep laughing and taking risks, and keep being 'the change you wish to see in the world,'" the duchess wrote. "Above all, don't ever forget your worth - as I've told you time and time again: you, my sweet friend, you are enough."
