Miley Cyrus has set the record straight in the wake of rumors claiming that she and husband Liam Hemsworth have split and could possibly be headed for divorce.

Last week, there were rumors that Cyrus and Hemsworh have been fighting, and it allegedly caused a strain on their relationship as a couple. The rumors started circulating after the “Last Song” co-stars were spotted arguing at a private members club in Miami.

An onlooker said at the time that the “Black Mirror” actress was acting “bizarrely” and she was even screaming. On the other hand, Liam was said to be “absolutely furious” that he dragged his wife in an attempt to speak with her privately.

But then it got worse. The eyewitness said that “arms were flying as they argued” and that there was evidently “so much tension” between Miley and Liam in the club. After their disagreement, the couple reportedly didn’t talk to each other for the rest of the night.

The rumors then intensified when the “Wrecking Ball” hitmaker showed up to perform at Glastonbury Festival and said a line that shocked many of her and Liam’s fans. “I’m f—king sick of men,” she ranted while performing onstage.

Many quickly speculated that the two may have broken up and could possibly divorce each other after sharing a rocky on-again, off-again 10-year romance. Fortunately, the rumors may not be true all along.

Cyrus recently clarified her rant on Twitter by responding to a fan who asked if their relationship is over because of what she said at the festival. According to the former Disney talent, her statement was “politically directed.”

Meanwhile, Miley is currently promoting her song “Mother’s Daughter” after the music video for the track was released earlier this week. Both the song and the video scream freedom and feminism, and the singer-actress proudly shared some of the highlights on her Instagram account.

One clip she shared shows her wearing a red latex suit with a metal teeth around her privates. She also accessorized with red sunglasses and some bling. Apart from her eccentric fashion, Cyrus tackles issues like gender identity and body weight in her new music video.
