A UFO expert claimed that one of NASA’s satellites was able to capture a massive mysterious object hovering over the Sun. Based on the photo taken by the satellite, the dark object appears to be as big as Earth.

The image of the mysterious object flying over the Sun was taken by NASA’s Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO), a satellite launched in 1995 with a mission to observe the giant star. The object in the image taken by SOHO was spotted by the YouTube Channel Terry’s Theories, which shares videos related to space and UFO sightings.

According to Terry, the operator of the channel, the object was hovering close to the Sun and was moving in an odd matter. Due to its large size, Terry noted that it could be a rogue planet that was knocked out of its orbit.

Another theory that Terry presented is that the object could be a massive alien probe. Like SOHO, the probe could have been sent to specifically monitor the Sun.

“Mysterious black planet-sized object hovering atop the Sun just outside the photosphere,” Terry wrote. “The object sways side to side just above the Sun. What is this object? Is it a planet that we don’t know of? Is it some kind of probe?”

After comparing the size of the object with that of the Sun, Terry estimated that it could be about as big as Earth. He noted that similar images taken by SOHO over a year ago show the same object flying near the Sun.

Since it seems the object has been hovering over the Sun for a long time, the YouTube channel’s operator suggested that it could be a type of Dyson sphere. This is a hypothetical megastructure in space that absorbs a star’s energy to maintain its operations. The concept of a Dyson sphere is often used to explain how spacefaring civilizations can survive long periods of time in space.

Aside from being an alien vessel or a rogue planet, Terry also believes that the object could be a giant asteroid caught in the Sun’s orbit.
