The 2022 NFL season has been one of the league's worst offensive years of the last decade. Teams are averaging the second-fewest points per game since 2010, resulting in relatively low over/unders across the board.

Nearly 56% of games have gone under the betting total. Ten teams are scoring fewer than 20.0 points per game. Included in that group are Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers and the defending Super Bowl champions.

Here are the best over/under picks for Week 13. Betting totals come from FanDuel Sportsbook.

Cleveland Browns vs. Houston Texans Under 47.5

Sunday's game in Houston features one of the highest totals on the Week 13 schedule. Deshaun Watson is making his Cleveland debut and playing his first regular-season game in nearly two years. There's a good chance that the quarterback will be rusty, and he hasn't had much time to develop chemistry with his receivers. The Texans have scored 17 points or fewer in four straight games. Each of Houston's last three games have gone under the total.

Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears Over 43.5

Aaron Rodgers plans to play against the one franchise that he's dominated more than any other during his career. The Bears might have the league's worst defense at the moment. After making Mike White look like an All-Pro quarterback, Chicago has given up an average of 34.6 points during its five-game losing streak. The Packers have scored at least 24 points in five straight meetings with the Bears.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams Over 41.5

Add Aaron Donald to the growing list of injured Rams. Without their best defensive player, Los Angeles is likely to give up more than 25 points for a fourth consecutive game. Geno Smith continues to lead NFC quarterbacks in passer rating. He's led the Seahawks to at least 27 points in four of the last five games. Only four teams are giving up more points per game than Seattle.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Dallas Cowboys Under 43.5

The Colts might be lucky to score more than one touchdown. Indianapolis is 30th in scoring at 15.8 points per game, and Dallas' second-ranked scoring defense is giving up 17.0 points per contest. The Colts have surrendered the most sacks, and the Cowboys' 45 sacks are eight more than anyone else. Indianapolis' sixth-ranked defense has allowed the team to be competitive in most games.

New Orleans Saints vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Under 40.5

The Saints shut out the Buccaneers 9-0 in their final meeting of last year. Earlier this season, Tampa Bay beat New Orleans 20-10. Given how poorly the two offenses have played of late, another low-scoring affair is likely coming Monday night. The Bucs have scored more than 22 points just once this season. Aside from pounding the Rams, the Saints have totaled 23 points in three of their last four games.
