Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have every intention of working towards a custody agreement for their six children, however, the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” actor won’t be using his wife’s estranged father to win the case.

A new report claims Jon Voight could ruin Jolie’s chances of winning custody of her kids if he helps Pitt by testifying against her.

The National Enquirer published a story detailing the account of an insider, who claims Voight could reveal “ugly truths” about the “Maleficent” 2 star. “Jon knows her darkest secrets firsthand – and he has no reason to hold back,” the anonymous tipster claimed.

The alleged confidant goes on to suggest Jolie is terrified her father will “bury her in court,” should he take the stand on Pitt’s behalf. However, Voight told Gossip Cop there was no truth to the article.

The actor was then asked if there was a chance he would be involved in the legal proceedings between Pitt and Jolie, but the Hollywood vet revealed he had no knowledge of such claims. “I know nothing about that,” he said in a statement.

The fact-checking website also noted that Jolie and Voight are actually on good terms after years of having a rocky relationship. Furthermore, Pitt and his estranged wife recently filed for an extension that would give them more time to work out a custody and divorce settlement outside of the courtroom.

Although Jolie and Pitt have yet to reach an amicable agreement, Voight won’t be bad mouthing his daughter in court.
