Russian Oil-Drilling Platform Capsizes: 2 Dead, Many Missing

A floating oil-drilling platform with 67 crew on board capsized off the Russian Far East island of Sakhalin when it ran into a storm while being towed, and at least two of the crew died, Russian news agencies reported on Sunday.
Fourteen of the crew were rescued from the Kolskaya platform, operated by the Russian exploration company Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka, but the rest were missing.
