As of now, ABC only has plans to air it twice, so be sure to note these very important TV listings as to not miss it. The Charlie Brown special will be airing on Thursday, Oct. 19, at 8 p.m. EDT and on Sunday, Oct. 29, also at 8 p.m. EDT.

If you just can’t wait until then to watch it, or won’t be around during its TV showing, then there are quite a few ways to see it when it’s convenient for you.

Let’s start back with ABC. The airing on the network has already been mentioned, but the “Charlie Brown” special is also accessible to watch on ABC On Demand, whenever you want to see it.

As for its availability on streaming sites, while the film isn’t available on Netflix’s streaming platform, it is available on the company’s DVD rental service, DVD.com. The service is not included in a Netflix streaming subscription, but a free month trial is offered for first-time users.

There are three subscription levels offered and each version varies the amount of discs a user is allowed to take out at once and per month. Those with the Starter subscription can take out one disc at a time and up to two discs per month. Standard users also can only take out one DVD at a time, but can take out unlimited per month. The top tier subscribers, with the Premier level, can take out two DVDs at a time and unlimited discs per month.

This avenue won’t give you immediate access to the film, but most people get their DVDs within two days of renting them, depending on location. After watching the movie, if you no longer want to receive DVDs and don’t want to pay for the service, just cancel before the first month is over and you won’t be charged for any additional months.

If that’s a little too much of a hassle for you, the animated special can be purchased on Amazon Video for immediate streaming. It’s available in both SD and HD versions, for $6.99 and $9.99, respectively.

It’s also available on Vudu for $8.99 for standard definition and $9.99 for high definition, as well as on Google Play for $9.99 for SD and $12.99 for HD.

Once you’ve gotten your fill of “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” why not check out some other Halloween classics, like “The Nightmare Before Christmas” or all of the ones airing during Freeform’s 13 Nights of Halloween?
