Duane Lee Chapman, also known as Dog Bounty Hunter, announced on Friday that he is adding $10,000 for information leading to Brian Laundrie’s arrest, according to a TMZ report.

Dog has been working with the FBI to uncover Laundrie’s whereabouts, upping the reward money to $180,000 which was primarily raised by Gabby Petito’s friends and family. Dog said he is looking for Laundrie on an island off Florida.

“We’re here on the island. This would be and could be the perfect spot for him to hide. Not too many people out here but there’s a lot of environmental things that we’re going to fight,” Chapman said on Twitter Wednesday.

The FBI issued a warrant for Laundrie’s arrest, who is now the prime suspect in the death of his fiancée Petito.

The search for Laundrie also continued on Wednesday in Watauga County after North Carolina law enforcement received tips that he could be hiding in the area. There has been “no validity” to the tips officials said.

However, former FBI agent Maureen O’ Connell said she believes the case is coming to a close as more information about Laundrie comes to life.

Laundrie has been on the run since Sept. 14 and his whereabouts were declared unknown by the FBI on Sept. 17, when his parents reported him missing.

“We have received an avalanche of tips on the whereabouts of Brian Laundrie,” Dog told E! News Wednesday. “There is a remarkable amount of information being shared from neighbors, friends and people who may have very recently seen Brian. For those close to Brian, I’d like to restate our goal is to capture him alive. His best chance is if we bring him in. If family and friends want to help Brian, they will help us locate him so we can help end this peacefully.”
