Who Is Liz Lee? Alleged Underage Nude Photos Removed From Reddit

Alleged nude photos of MTV actress Liz Lee and Olympian McKayla Maroney were taken down from the forum "The Fappening" after Reddit said the girls were underage when pictures were taken. Lee, 18, is best known for the MTV show “My Life As Liz,” which ran from 2010 to 2011. She was only 16 years old in the leaked photos, which were taken by her then-boyfriend. Reddit also asked users to delete the underage photos from their hard drives since they are considered child pornography, the Daily Mail wrote.

“Effective immediately: any images/galleries/torrents/mega dumps/ etc. containing Mckayla Maroney or Liz Lee will be immediately removed due to the fact that they were underage (<18) in the photos taken," moderator SickorSane wrote Tuesday.

Dozens of celebrities were involved in a nude photo scandal Sunday that rocked Hollywood. Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton issued statements that their privacy had been violated and they would take legal action. Though the images first appeared on 4chan, the forum “The Fappening” on Reddit soon became a hub for people to view the pictures.

“Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco joked about "The Fappening" by posting a picture to Instagram where she appeared to be naked. Instead, she wore a black bathing suit and censored it to make it appear like she was not wearing any clothing.

It was rumored the images were leaked through Apple’s iCloud, but the company said poor passwords were most likely to blame for the images being posted to the Internet.

Lee is also known for “Neal Cassady” and “Pound House,” the Internet Movie Database notes. She is currently starring on the television series “NerdTerns.”
