Two men in Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania, have been accused of sexually assaulting a minor girl.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by York Dispatch on Tuesday (May 2), the assaults took place at a home in the 100 block of Jeannette Lane when the victim was between 14 and 15 years old.

The incident came to light in April 2019, when the father of the victim was told by her therapist that she has sex with 24-year-old Dylon Walker Grubic, of Bel Air, Maryland. The father alerted the police and told them that the accused had been living with them since 2016, however, he no longer stayed with them. The father also informed the investigators that 24-year-old John Thisse, who was Grubic’s friend, would know more about the relationship.

As part of the investigation, police interviewed Thisse who told them that he didn’t know anything about his friend’s and the teen’s physical relationship. Investigation, however, revealed that the girl had sex with Thisse at her home before she had her first sexual encounter with Grubic.

Officers then interrogated Grubic who denied having sex with the teen. He told the investigators that the teen gave him kisses on the cheek. He said the two, however, had feelings for each other.

The two men were facing charges including “involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors, and a misdemeanor of indecent assault.”

The incident comes a month after a Washington man hid in a 12-year-old Oregon girl's bedroom for a month and sexually assaulted her multiple times. Zacharias Cavasos met the victim on social media. Two months later, he traveled to Oregon to meet her. He then hid in the victim’s closet for a month until the victim’s grandfather caught him. He was taken into custody and during interrogation, he admitted to hiding in the girl’s bedroom for over a month and having sex with her multiple times. Following the confession, he was charged with sexual abuse of a minor.
