Brad Pitt may have just celebrated Jennifer Aniston’s 50th birthday, but a new report claims the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” actor is not too thrilled that his daughters Shiloh and Zahara are growing up.

Along with Shiloh, 12, and Zahara, 14, Pitt shares four more children with his estranged wife Angelina Jolie. Earlier in the week, the two girls were photographed out in Los Angeles spending time with “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown.

Hollywood Life published an article claiming the outing made Pitt realize Shiloh and Zahara were not his little girls anymore. “Shiloh and Zahara’s night out with Millie Bobby Brown brought up mixed emotions for Brad,” an alleged source told the site.

The supposed confidant suggested Pitt was surprised to learn about Shiloh and Zahara’s night out on the town. “It blows his mind that they’re already at the age where they’re out at night socializing with a young Hollywood star.”

While the “source” claims Pitt is emotional about his daughters expanding their social circle, he knows he has to embrace it. “On one hand, he’s happy that they’re making friends and having fun,” the mysterious tipster explained.

“Brad accepts that they’re both building their social lives and finding their independence. He knows it’s healthy for them. But he’s also a very protective dad so it is hard for him to see his babies growing up.”

Despite the rumors, Pitt has not acknowledged reports suggesting he has mixed emotions
