Kate Middleton and Prince William don't often pack on PDA, but they have been caught on camera showing their love for each other in public a few times.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are not as tactile as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. We do not often see Prince William and Middleton hold each other’s hand or touch each other in public the way Prince Harry and Meghan Markle do, but the couple is also very sweet.

In these rare photos shared on Twitter, Middleton can be seen kissing her husband. One photo features the couple walking by the beach side by side.

Middleton put her hands on Prince William shoulder. He leans on and she reaches out to give him a kiss on the cheek.

Another snap featured Middleton kissing Prince William on the cheek. She is wearing a black cap with her signature curls. Prince William is wearing a black hat and is captured on camera with a wide grin as his then-girlfriend gives him a peck on the cheek. The third photo features the couple in a side hug while giving each other a peck on the cheek.

Back in March, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Blackpool and were caught on camera holding hands while walking their way toward a waiting chopper. A number of netizens were delighted to witness the pair’s sweetness. One said that Prince William and Middleton had a “tasteful PDA.”

Prince William and Middleton dated for almost a decade but they had an on-again, off-again relationship. According to one of Prince William’s pal, the couple had an up-and-down relationship due to the duke’s “unwillingness to commit” or “refusal to commit.”

The royal prince reportedly felt that “all the fun has gone” when he dated Middleton and confessed “I don’t want to be nailed down.” At the time, he was only 24 years old.

Royal biographer Katie Nicholl wrote in her book “The Making of a Royal Romance” that Prince William was adamant about marrying Middleton. He was reluctant to bow to similar pressure that Prince Charles experienced and vowed not to be hurried to the altar.

In 2002, there were already rumors that the Duke of Cambridge will propose to Middleton. He squashed the rumors and said that he was only 22 and had to intentions of getting married until he is 28 or maybe 30.

True to it, he waited until he was 28 before he proposed to Middleton. They got engaged in 2010 and got married in 2011. The couple is now parents to three adorable royal children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
