Kate Middleton is back in shape just a few months after giving birth to Prince Louis.

Many are wondering how the Duchess of Cambridge has easily shed the extra weight she gained during her pregnancy. In fact, a number took to Twitter to learn Middleton's weight loss secret.

According to Professor Bulbul Dhar-James, Prince William's wife told her the secret behind her successful weight loss. "I am running after my kids," Dhar-James quoted Middleton after being asked how she easily lost weight.

The Duchess of Cambridge visited India in 2016 where she met Dhar-James. During their meeting, they talked a lot of things including Middleton's strategy to lose weight.

Middleton's fitness expert Louise Parker also made a statement about the issue earlier. According to her, this is more about one's dedication.

"It's about taking good care of yourself — living well," Parker told People. "Exercise is important, but there’s no need for long, high-intensity workouts."

"I don't believe in really grueling workouts, especially if you're post-natal," she continued. "Anything too aggressive can really exacerbate any anxiety. They need to be challenged but build up slowly."

Parker suggests that new moms work on their posture. She also recommended a few exercises.

"Your posture needs a lot of auto-correction after pregnancy, so make sure you are opening up your chest, strengthening your upper back and your core," she said. "It's a really effective way of training because it means you are toning and burning fat at the same time. Instead of doing a normal squat, we'll have you doing something with your arms or a sidekick to work the smaller muscles."

Parker understands that new moms might struggle to find time to exercise when they have to look after a baby. However, she believes that doing little every day is a good strategy to wellness and reminds everyone that "consistency over severity is always better."

In related news, Princess Eugenie has also lost weight months before her royal wedding. In fact, her trimmed figure didn't go unnoticed to a number of experts. One even commended her for doing it the right way.

"Princess Eugenie seems to have lost weight in a healthy fashion. Her skin is glowing, she looks fitter and more toned – she's clearly put the work in," said Daria Kantor, the founder and CEO of TruBe.
