  • An x-ray revealed that there was a cable in his bladder
  • Dr. Islam saiys that it may have been a form of sexual gratification

A man in India went to the hospital complaining of abdominal pain. Doctors found a mobile phone charger cable inserted into the head of his penis.

The man visited the hospital in northeastern India saying that he had ingested a pair of earphones. He was given several laxatives, but the pain persisted. The doctors then decided to operate on him.

Dr Walliul Islam told CNN they did an endoscopy but they did not find anything.

Even when they performed the surgery, they found nothing in his upper digestive tract. It was later through an X-ray that the doctors found a phone charger inside his bladder.

According to CNN, it would seem that the man had inserted the charger as there was no other means it could have appeared there.

Dr Islam said he had read about people who opted to get sexual gratification by inserting instruments through the penis.

The doctor made an incision in the bladder and took the cord out, which was a charging cable over two feet long.

Islam said if the man had been honest, then it would have saved everybody a lot of trouble.

The patient has been discharged and is doing fine.

The doctor recommend that a psychiatrist would be the best option to assist in these cases after the medical intervention was done.
