Pet Dog Loses Eye After Owner Brutally Beats It For Relieving Itself Inside Home

A dog lost its one eye and suffered serious injuries after its owner brutally hit it for relieving itself inside the home. The incident took place in China on Tuesday.

According to local reports, the unidentified owner hit the dog with a stick after he saw it relieving itself inside the home. He then went on to drag the canine with its hind legs before dumping it on the roadside. One of the neighbors heard the dog bark and rushed outside to find it bleeding profusely. The neighbor then asked the dog’s owner to take it to the animal hospital. However, the man did not pay heed and walked away.

The neighbor immediately took charge of the situation and rushed the canine to a nearby vet. Examination revealed that the canine had suffered serious injuries. The canine had fractures on its brow bone. Its right eye had to be removed as the eyeball was extensively damaged. The dog’s internal organs were also damaged.

The canine underwent an emergency surgery and was listed stable. The vet said the dog will survive only if there are no complications in the next three days.

Meanwhile, reports stated that upon hearing that the dog was being treated at the hospital, the owner asked his neighbor to return the canine to him. She, however, refused out of fear that the animal will be abused again.
