Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles’ recent photo sparked specuations that their marriage could be on the rocks.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall are on an official trip where they are set to visit several nations in the Caribbean as part of their Commonwealth tour. New Idea shared a snap of Prince Charles and Camilla seated on a sofa where the two royals are meters apart.

The publication noted that the couple appeared less impressed with each other’s company. The duchess was seated with a stony-faced while the future king cheerily joked with the Governor-General Dame Sandra Mason with his back turned to his wife.

Last Sunday, Prince Charles kicked off the Caribbean tour and landed on St. Lucia without Camilla. The publication noted that the Prince Of Wales was “leaving Camilla inside the jet, much to onlookers confusion.”

It was true that Prince Charles stepped out of the jet alone, but he didn’t leave Camilla behind because the duchess was actually not with him on the same flight. The Duchess of Cornwall reportedly flew days ahead straight to Barbados and didn’t really accompany Prince William and Prince Harry’s dad in St. Lucia.

However, Prince Charles was photographed descending the airstairs ahead of Camilla when they arrived in Saint Vincent and The Grenadines on Wednesday. In this photo, Camilla is a number of steps behind her husband.

Despite the marriage troubles involving the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, they were seen frolicking at a beach in Barbados a day earlier. A number of netizens even praised the couple because they still look fit for their age.

Prince Charles sported floral trunks while Camilla opted for a one-piece swimsuit. However, one netizen pointed out that the heir needed some manscaping.

Earlier this year, there were rumors that Prince Charles and Camilla are getting divorced. Camilla skipped a number of important royal engagements in December including the Queen’s Christmas lunch and the royals’ traditional Christmas morning service. Also, the couple was reportedly barely seeing each other in the past months.

Prince Charles and Camilla allegedly signed the papers already and were due to announce their divorce soon. However, netizens didn’t believe the report and just dismissed it, saying it was “fake news.”
