Eli Manning, quarterback of the New York Giants, will never be late to another game.

The Big Blue quarterback has a sponsorship deal with Citizen Watch Co. and will kick off the launch of his new watch line Tuesday Nov. 1 at Macy's Herald Square in New York City.

We have to be five minutes early to every meeting, said Eli Manning to Women's Wear Daily, so at least I know I'll never be late.

Manning will make a personal appearance at Macy's Herald Square at 5:30 p.m. to unveil his Limited Edition Citizen Eco-Drive Perpetual Chrono A-T watches.

Customers who purchase a watch will have the chance to get their photo taken with the famous footballer in a private VIP reception and have their watch box autographed.

The company has developed 1,000 of the two watch models' designs.

This partnership with Citizen Watch Co. is not only fashionable, it is charitable. Because of Manning's joining with Citizen Watch Co., $30,000 will be donated in his honor to the New York Chapter of the March of Dimes, for which Manning is the New York Celebrity Chairperson, reports WWD.

The quarterback is excited about the launch as well as the Giants' upcoming season.

It's still somewhat early, there are a lot of games left, but our goal is to get better every week, he told WWD of the Giants this season.

The team is currently in first place in the NFC East. We have a lot of young players and they're making strides. They understand more about offense, and they've really gotten better from our first game, said Manning.

Manning can also add father to his resume. Daughter Ava Frances is now seven months old. He says his new role is very rewarding.

During his off-time, Manning likes to travel, see friends and family, and play golf.
