‘Picasso thief’ Mark Lugo, who was arrested earlier this month and was charged with stealing a Picasso drawing “Tete de Femme” from a San Francisco art gallery, has pleaded not guilty, Friday, despite a police raid on his New Jersey apartment, which unearthed a vast collection of artwork, including another Picasso drawing, worth a total of $500,000.
