  • A UFO expert spotted a strange object in NASA's photo
  • An expert believes a cube-shaped alien vessel approached the Sun
  • The UFO's appearance may have been caused by a technical issue

A UFO expert claimed to have spotted a cube-shaped alien vessel flying near the Sun in a photo taken by NASA’s solar satellite. According to the expert, the strange object resembled the fictional Borg ship featured in the “Star Trek” media franchise.

The strange sighting was reported by Scott Waring through his blog ET Data Base. As noted by Waring, he spotted the mysterious object while he was browsing the Helioviewer website.

The photo that caught Waring’s attention was captured by the Solar Heliospheric Observatory, a satellite launched by NASA in 1995 to observe the Sun and its behavior.

In the images obtained by Waring, the strange object appeared below the Sun. Due to its cube-like shape, the UFO expert referred to it as the ship used by the Borgs, a fictional race of cybernetic organisms that often appear as antagonists in the “Star Trek” Franchise.

Based on the photos, Waring estimated that the UFO is about as big as the Moon. He noted that it is one of the alien vessels that can be regularly seen flying near the Sun.

“The cube is one of the many spacecraft that shoot around Earth’s Sun on a daily basis,” he stated in a blog post. “This cube and many others have been recorded near our some, some show the 2D view, but occasionally like this one...you get a more 3D view.”

As noted by Waring, the object he spotted, as well as the others he saw in the past, may have been made by an advanced race of intelligent alien life that has been evolving for billions of years before Earth was formed

“Scientists say our universe is 13.5 billion years old and that Earth is only 4.5 billion years old, so that leaves 9 billion years for other planets and intelligent life to evolve, grow and expand across the universe,” he stated.

Although the exact nature of the strange object is not yet clear, it is possible that its appearance was caused by a pixelization issue or glitch in the imaging system of NASA’s solar satellite.
