U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland kicks off testimony Wednesday, the fourth day of the public House impeachment investigation of President Donald Trump.
Sondland was one of three people at the heart of efforts to get Ukraine to gin up an investigation of former Vice President Joe Biden and a debunked conspiracy theory alleging Ukraine rather than Russia was responsible for 2016 U.S. election interference.
