If you thought the first half of the “Dance Moms” Australia special was dramatic, think again! The synopsis for “Dance Moms Down Under, Part 2,” teases that the ALDC will be in for quite a ride during Tuesday’s installment.

In a promo for Season 5, episode 21, JoJo Siwa is seen confronting her team over a video which shows them being “mean girls” by poking fun at her personality and speech. The video, which was filmed at the ALDC’s fan meet-and-greet in Ireland in March, was a major plotline and source of contention among the moms in part one of the Australia special.

When dance mom Jill Vertes tells the 11-year-old performer her teammates didn’t mean any ill-will with their comments, JoJo makes it clear she’s not buying it.

“It was fun. They would never mean to hurt your feelings,” Jill says.

“Wait. What? Like, I thought you were my friend,” JoJo tells cameras as her team members Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler, Kendall Vertes and Nia Frazier look on.

And unfortunately for JoJo, her problems in episode 21 won’t stop there. Lifetime’s synopsis for the forthcoming episode teases coach Abby Lee Miller’s team will be in complete disarray down under. “Jealousy and competition threaten the ALDC as the team is divided into two factions when Abby excludes Nia and JoJo from the rest of the planned events in Australia,” reads the synopsis.

Despite being excluded from the ALDC team’s Australia appearances, Nia and JoJo will get their chance to shine. Nia, who recently released a music video for her debut single “Star in Your Own Life,” will perform her first concert. In one fan video from the event, which took place in Melbourne in March, JoJo can be seen making a brief, yet memorable, appearance onstage.

And while Nia and JoJo both get their moment in the spotlight, the synopsis claims the team's discord is nowhere near over. “[Dance mom] Holly [Frazier] makes it clear that, if the moms don’t show up for Nia’s performance, it could be the end of the ALDC as we know it,” teases the synopsis.
