Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis lived up to its lofty expectations, as Eli Manning and the New York Giants scored a last-minute touchdown to squeak past Tom Brady and the New England Patriots to claim their second NFL Championship against their Northeastern foes in four years. The Giants beat the Patriots 21-17 on Sunday, but there were plenty of other headlines to go around.

There was Madonna and her halftime show with Nicki Minaj, MIA and Cee-Lo Green. There was Matt Birk, who was awarded the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award from Payton's two children. And then, there were the commercials.
