One of the accused said the victim "stole a bunch of stuff" from her so she planned on keeping the woman as her "sex slave."
A doorbell camera captured the victim running for his life before he was shot and fell to the ground.
The woman's two children were in the apartment at the time of the incident, according to court documents.
"Both of the victims were stabbed and bludgeoned to death," authorities said.
The accused was a retired Atlantic City Police Department officer and former Egg Harbor City Police cop.
The second woman may have suffered the wounds while trying to defend herself or her mother from the suspect, authorities said.
The bodies were found at a time when authorities were also looking for retired Rev. Otis Young of St. Peter Parish Roman Catholic Church and his assistant Ruth Prats.
The severely emaciated mother dog and her seven puppies were found "in a confined plastic container."
Another person who was in the suspect's vehicle suffered injuries in the crash and was transported to a nearby hospital.
The plane crash resulted in widespread power outages in nearby Montgomery county.
One woman told cops the mixture of laughing gas, alcohol and sedatives caused her to black out.
One of the women got involved in a "minor physical altercation" with the suspect before he pulled out a knife and stabbed her.
"He drove right through the front door and hit people at the counter," a police officer said.
The family included 10 adults and four children, aged between three and 52 years old.
Prior to the incident, the three family members had an argument where two of them were attempting to move the third one out of their residence.
After stabbing the two victims, the accused also threatened his mother and left the house on foot.
The husband, who was a pilot, alerted the control tower of a problem with one of the engines of the plane before the crash.
"A tragic accident, it is believed at this time that the toddler accessed an unsecured firearm," Sgt. Aaron Cheshire with Taylorsville police said.
The couple had an argument after the victim told the accused that he planned on going to the bar the next day without her.
Police found the victim in his bedroom with multiple stab wounds to his torso.
The two female victims were relatives and lived in the same house.
The accused was previously charged with domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and attempted murder.
The house was reportedly vacant for several months before the couple bought it.
"It's over $2.50, a hamburger. She almost killed these kids over a hamburger," one of the victims said.
The driver of the SUV where the man was found was seen fleeing the scene of the accident on foot, carrying a bag.
Leticia and her parents also allegedly abused and tortured the 11-year-old girl's two sisters, aged 6 and 7.
Officials found the two were an estranged couple and the wife was an employee at the medical examiner's office.
While the rest of the deceased body was recovered in an abandoned house in Jackson, Mississippi, the head wasn't found as of Monday morning.
The accused took the victim to an abandoned building, beat her up and tied her hands and legs behind her back using duct tape.
The accused tried multiple times to pull a woman from her SUV, but she fought back and her seatbelt managed to save her from carjacking.
